Prison Break 5 Finale Review - Best and Worst Moments Spoilers alert !! So Prison Break season 5 final episode aired on 30th May 2017 which was amazing . Lot of fans including me has waited for this moment to arrive and when it finally happened,It left us with tears in our eyes and happiness in our heart.We were all glad because finally Michael Scofield finally got the ending he deserved.After 7 long years, he is reunited with his family. Yes !! All of us can relax now ,atleast for now. So the season finale actually cleared all the things in a very well manner like how Michael did all of this to protect his family. On the other hand even Lincoln did his best to help his brother. As he was shot by Luca in episode 8, he managed to get himself out of hospital and helped Sarah in rescuing mike ( michael's son ).
